    Vandals Captain Adam Hill accepts Sully Cup from John Collins, President of the NL Rugby Union     The St. John’s Vandals RFC won the Senior Men’s Provincial “B” Championship and the Sully Memorial Cup on Saturday defeating the Mt. Pearl Dogs 22 to 15 at the Torbay Rugby Pitch. For the Vandals, despite high winds and driving rain, Gregg Fraser managed to kick two conversions and a penalty goal while Jeff Aylward, Mike Rudofsky and Gud Bjarnason scored tries for the winners.   St. John’s Maple Leafs and Central Icepak played the first game Saturday of a two game weekend series.   The St. John’s Maple Leafs defeated the Central Icepak 4-3 in overtime. The IcePak held a 3-nothing lead after 1st, and were ahead 3-2 after two. The Leafs scored in the third period to force the game into extra time.     Roebothan McKay and Marshall Gonzaga Vikings made it back to back St. John’s senior baseball championships Sunday as they doubled Shamrocks 4-2. They win the best of seven final series four games to two. Its the fifth league championship for Gonzaga who won their first title in 1978. Kieran Buckingham was the winning pitcher.
