    Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador has ruled on a suspension for Clarenville Caribous forward Justin Pender.     S A T U R D A Y    The Conception Bay CeeBee Stars defeated Southern Shore Brealers 5-3 in Avalon East play Saturday night. The loss by the Shore will see them seeded third for the playoff run.     There is a major dart tournament on at the C-L-B on Harvey Road . The Newfoundland and Labrador Winter Classic is on. Two big names will be playing in the tournament.
