  The St. John’s Super Curling League has three teams tied for firsdt all with 4-1 records. Mark Noseworthy improved to 4-1 as they  registered an 11-3 win over Paul Harvey who falls from the undefeated ranks to 4-1.   ,Therapeutic Services Physiotherapy skipped by Andrew Symmondsd also improved to 4-1  as they defeated Colin Thomas 6-3. Paul Harvey’s team improved to 4-0 with a come from behind 7-4 win over Team Shelly Hardy scoring six in the last four ends. Newfoundland and Labrador curling skip Brad Gushue has a health issue and won’t be participating in the StuSells Oakville Tankard this week and next weeks Shorty Jenkins Classic. Gushue says he has a hip/groin issue which he says doesn’t need surgery but he will need some more time before he starts curling again.
