  The Jeff Thomas rink of lead Ross Young, second Peter Hollett and third Mark Noseworthy won the provincial senior men’s championship Sunday. Thomas defeated Glen Goss 7-2 Sunday in the deciding game. Saturday Thomas defeated Goss 7-3 to force the deciding game Sunday.     Stacie Curtis defeated club mate Shelly Hardy 7-1 to claim the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Women’s Curling Championship. After 3 blank ends to start the game,Curtis scored 3 in the 4th end and stole 2 in the 5th end to take a commanding lead.  Stacey Curtis and teammates Erin Porter,Julie Devereaux, Carrie Vautour and Coach Eugene Trickett will represent NL in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in February 20-28 in Grand Prairie Alberta.  Curtis is a former Canadian Junior Champion and is making her 3rd appearance at the Scotties representing the Province.   MEN’S PLAY   Brad Gushue…
