    The big story in local sports today is in softball. Five fast pitch softball players from Newfoundland are members of the World Fast Pitch softball championship team The Toronto Gators. Shortstop Shane Boland was the hero in the championship game, He hit a three runs homer in the bottom of the seventh inning to give the Gators a 6-3 walkoff victory over the defending three time champions Hill United Chiefs.       Roebothan McKay and Marshall Gonzaga Vikings beat Feildians 9-3 in senior baseball play Sunday.   Dan Connors gets the win on a five hitter and ten strikeouts in the six innings he tossed. David Lahey came in relief and finished up.   Mike Delaney is tagged with the loss giving up six runs on five hits with four walks and six strikeouts.
