Michael Kondro wins Cape To Cabot 2021
ST. JOHN’S – Known as the toughest road race in North America the Orange Theory Cape To Cabot was won today by Michael Kondro in a time of 1:21:27. The 20km course winds its way from Cape Spear to Cabot Tower in Signal Hill. With elevations gains from sea level to 167 metres (501 feet) and several steep uphill and downhill sections the last mile is the 500 foot hill climb to the finish with average angles of 45 degrees.
