    Roebothan, McKay and Marshall Gonzaga Vikings are one win away from a berth in the St. John’s senior baseball best of seven finals. The Vikings took  a two games to none lead in their best of five series with a 5-3 win over the Storm Wednesday night. They had to rely on three runs in the eighth inning to get the victory.   The St. John’s Senior Men’s Fastpitch League  has named pitcher outfielder Sean Cleary of Kelly’s Pub Molson Bulldogs as the  Molson-Coors St. John’s Senior Men’s Fastpitch League Player of the Month For August 2020. Cleary appeared in nine of his team’s ten games  and was a key contributor pitching and also at the plate. He was a perfect 7-0 pitching during the month and had a 1.31 earned run average in 48 innings pitched. He gave up  26 hits,walked just six and fanned  81. He also pitched one shutout win.
