    A blow out in St Johns Intermediate baseball play as Knights plate 11 third inning runs enroute to a 13-1 1 win over Storm. Randy  Reid gets the win. He goes the five innings because the game was called by the league mercy rule. He allowed one run on three hits. He walked one and had seven strike outs. Tyler Hennessey starts and gets the loss.   A St. John’s baseball player Danny Rice  has been selected to Team Atlantic for the T12 Baseball tournament September 14th to 18th in Toronto. The tournament is organized by the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Academy and Robbie Alomar. College and University scouts are in attendance and watch games and scout players for their respective colleges  or university. Rice plays for Holy Cross in the St. John’s Intermediate baseball league.…

    Vandals claimed the St. John’s Rugby league summer championship during the weekend. Vandals defeated Swilers 14-7.
