  With Carl English out of the lineup the Edge fell 116-114 to Halifax Hurricanes in a game that went right down to the wire. With 1 second left the Edge had two foul shots and a change to tie the game. They scored on one shot but then fell short and the clock ran out. Alex Johnson had 30 points for the Edge who had their two game winning streak snapped. Ryan Reid had 17 points. The Edge now 20-12 on the season and Halifax is 22-10.
