    Holy Cross Avalon Ford won their fourth straight Breens Jubilee Ladies Soccer championship as they edged Feildians 2-1 in the championship game. Jessie Noseworthy had both goals for Holy Cross. Stacey Hanlon replied for Feildians. CALAHOON ERINS LADIES FASTPITCH SOFTBALL CHAMPS AGAIN

  Defending champions Calahoon Erins claimed back to back Canadian senior ladies fast pitch softball titled as they beat Saskatoon G Force 5-3 in the championship game Sunday. The Defending champs suffered one loss on this tournament. Saskatoon G Force won the semi final game 5-2 over Ontario Kars.    In consolation round play, at Victoria Park, host Galway edged the Animal Health Centre Wildcats (Team NL) 4-1, but then dropped a 5-4 decision to the P.E.I.
