An 18 point performance by Jeff Locke backed up by 16 points from Dave Smith lead M5 to a 58-47 decision over Fougere Menchenton in Metro Basketball League play Thursday night.
Darryl Kenny had 14 points for the losers and Dave Shears 13.
Mike Pope hooped 17 points and teammate Steve Gosse added 15 as Swilers beat ACW Law 62-42. Leon Peddle of ACW Law was the game’s top scorer with 22 points.
And Atlantic Woodworking get by George Street Beer Market 44-39. Brue Helm and Rick Coombs scored 11 points each for the winners and Jeremy Whittle netted 11 in a losing cause.
