ST. JOHN’S, NL – One of the things that is unique and interesting things about the Re/Max Super League Curling is that its the best curlers in Newfoundland regardless of age or gender. They all come together to compete for the top spot …and the prize money.

Many of the teams play in other leagues and competitions but this is where they will hone the skills again the best in the province.

You will see the veteran’s like Jeff Thomas who has been playing the game since the 1970’s at the provincial and national level as well and one time coach of Brad Gushue and an alternate on that team. He has gold and silver Briar medals.

You can see him competing along side young guns like Cailey Locke and Simon Perry looking to follow in his footsteps. And maybe even Brad Gushue to Briers and Olympic medals. Both Locke and Perry won the 2023 U18 provincial championships.

Play is now on hold for the holidays and returning on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025 at 9:00pm at the Re/Max Centre, St John’s Curling Club in St John’s. Drop down and see some great curling.
