CATS ROYALS GAME 1

The Grand Falls Cataracts defeated the Corner Brook Royals 2-1  in game two of the Central West Senior Hockey final series.

 Danny Wicks scored what proved tpo be the game winning goal at 6:53 of the third period. Andrew Brennan scored for the Cataracts in the first period and Steve Simms tied it up for the Royals in the second.

GAME ONE S A T U R D A Y 

 

The Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts have won the opening game of the best of seven Central West Senior Hockey League final.

Michael Brent has scored two power play goals Kyle McGuirk  and Luke Gallant  added singles and the Cataracts defeat the Corner Brook Royals 4-3. Michael Hynes had two goals and Keith Delaney a single for Corner Brook. Game two in that series will be played Sunday afternoon.
