UNIVERSITY ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

Memorial Sea Hawks basketball player Haillee Nickerson has been named the AUS female athlete of the week.

On Sunday she set a Sea Hawks record scoring 42 points in the game against Cape Breton. That went along with her 23 point performance on Saturday.

She was also named the Memorial University athlete of the week.

The MUN Male Athlete of the week is Nathan Barker also of the basketball team.

He scored 19 points in each game the Seahawks had against Cape Breton.
