ST. JOHNS SENIOR BASEBALL SEMIS

Shamrocks plated four runs in the top of the seventh and came from behind to beat Holy Cross 6-4 and grab a two games to none lead in their St. John’s  senior baseball semi final series.

Southpaw Greg Barry goes six innings for the win. He allowed three runs on five hits. He walked two and fanned six. Matt Murphy finish up and pitched the seventh inning.

 

Veteran Sean Janes went the distance for Holy Cross. He gave up nine hits walked and fanned four,

 

Dave Penney of the Shamrocks was the top batter in the game with a three for four performance

 

Justin Kelly was the top batter for Cross with a two for two performance.
