CBR Renegades evened their record at four wins and four losses with a 4-3 overtime win Sunday over the Trinity Placentia Flyers.
Northeast Eagles downed C-B-N Stars 8-4 in action Sunday. Brandon Sexton had three gioals and two assists for the winners. Josh Taylor added a pair. Curtis Kavanagh, Kylar Frank, and Mark Hudson with singles.
Michael Mason had a pair for the losers and Devin Whelan and Daniel Hickey had the other goals.
The Roebothan McKay and Marshall Avalon Capiotals defeated Mount Pearl 6-4.
Andrew Paul, Eric Hutchings, Brett Vokey, Ben Cleary, Cody Barron and Ben Murphy shared in the scoring.
James O’Brien, Brad Mitchelmore, Andrew Pollard and Bobby Upshall replied for the Blades.

The Southern Shore Breakers improved to eight wins without a loss Saturday as they doubled the C-B-R Renegades 8-4.
Peter Kavanagh. Kieran O’Driscoll, Donovan Warren scored two goals each for the Shore with singles from Liam Hynes and Jonas Foley.
CBR goals were scored by Blake Fudge , Mitch Lawlor, Andrew Barron, and Andrew Haley.
Roebothan, McKay and Marshall Avalon Capitals downed Northeast Eagles 6-0 to even their record at four wins and four losses.
Ben Murphy led the winners with two goals. Andrew Paul, Jared Lush, Owen Windsor, Ben Murphy, and Brett Vokey, added singles.
St John’s Caps edged Mount Pearl Blades 7-6 in overtime.
Nathan Peters, Liam Maher, Kyle Rumsey, Danny Rice, Grant Nolan, Chris Mallard all with singles in regulation time.
Mount Pearl Blades goal scorers were Max Rex scored three goals for the winners Grant Thompson added two and Daniel Toope a single.

Southern Shore Junior Breakers extended their unbeaten streak to seven games in St. John’s Junior Hockey with a 8-4 win over CBN Stars in a penalty filled game Friday night.
The league’s leading scored Peter Kavanagh paced the win with a pair of goals.Justin David , Patrick Pilon, Liam Hynes, David Fitzgerald, Carter Piercey, and Blake Dalton contributed singles.
The CBN goals came from Ryan Dawson, Reilly Deering. Michael Dawson, and Devin Whelan.
The game saw plenty of penalties assessed with Southern Shore being called for 20 of the games 36 penalties. 28 of those penalties were called in the third period alone.
