OMT Shamrocks have advanced to the St. John’s senior baseball final series.
The Shamrocks defeated Holy Cross 4-1 Thursday night to sweep the best of five semi final series.
The won the opener 1-nothing took game two 6-4 and game three 4-1.

Roebothan McKay and Marshall Gonzaga Vikings pushed across the winning run in the bottom of the tenth inning and edged Knights 4-3 in semi final play, That gives the Vikings a two games to one lead in the best of five affair.
Dan Connors in relief of starter Scott Hynes picks up the win. Hynes went six and and a third innings allowing the three Knights runs on eight hits. Connors went three and two thirds innings and gave up three hits.
Matt Sullivan took the loss going the distance gave up eight hits walked four and fanned one.
