Two Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts were recipients of provincial senior hockey league individual awards as the 2016 Herder final started Saturday Night.
The Central/ West Senior Hockey League scorer was named the most valuable player in provincial senior hockey for the season. Cam Fergus who was also named the senior league MVP also takes home the Gus Soper Memorial |Memorial Trophy as the provincial MVP.
The top goaltender award for the third consecutive time goes to the Cataracts goaltender A J Whiffen. He had a 2.71 goals against average and a save percentage of .900.
