The Atlantic Rock came up with a much needed win in Rugby action on Thursday night.
They played hard and downed BC Bears 20-6 for their first win of the season.
The Bears now drop to 0-3.The Rock play Prairie Wolf Pack Sunday.
The Bears played an aggressive game against the Rock but lost out as a result of errors on the doorstep of the home team’s try line. The Rock were quick to take advantage with Aiden McMullen snapping a 3 point penalty kick at the 2.20 minute mark of the opening half. Matt Murphy, Emil Sehic and Keelan Chapman grounded tries while McMullen converted Sehic’s 5 pointer. Brock Staller nailed two beautiful penalty kicks to put the Bears on the board.
