The Newfoundland Growlers continued the win one, lose one trend Tuesday evening with a 5-1 loss to the Adirondack Thunder in Glens Falls, New York Adirondack opened the scoring at the 6:00 minute mark of the first period as Peter MacAuther tucked the puck just over the shoulder of Growlers goaltender Michael Garteig, who was making his 8th start of the season. Brady Ferguson added an empty net goal in the third. Todd Skirving tied the game for the Growners with his goal in the second period.
