NL FINISH 4TH AT BASEBALL CANADA CUP

It’s the best showing ever by Newfoundland and Labrador at Baseballs’s Canada Cup which was held in Alberta this week.

The Newfoundland Selects lost 4-2 to Quebec in the bronze medal game and finish fourth. 

The Gold Medal was won by Saskatchewan who beat BC 6-1. 

Daniel Hogarth went the distance for Newfoundland and Labrador in the bronze medal game. He gave up the four runs on on six hits. He walked two. The Selects had just four hits in this game.
