A Newfoundlander has earned his professional card in Europe and is now considered a Professional Dart Player. He is the first Newfoundlander to earn a pro card in darts.
John Norman of Shea Heights is a top 12 point earner and get his pro card. He finished tenth in points in a tournament that included over 500 players from around the world. Norman has played junior hockey here and also pro hockey in overseas leagues.
