Memorial women’s soccer team finished second and are in the playoffs as they finish the season with a 2-0 win over University of Moncton. They finish the season with a 7-1-4 record. Jessie Noseworthy and Holly O’Neill with the goals and Sydney Walsh had the shutout.
FRIDAY
Memorial’s women’s soccer team moved into second place Friday as they blanked Moncton 2-nothing. Jesse Noseworthy tallied twice and Nichole Torraville added a single. Sydney Walsh had the shutout. Memorial now has a 6-1-4 record on the season.
The men’s team improved to 5-5-1 on the season with a 2-1 in over Mount A. Tyler Forsey had both goals and the winner at the 90 minute mark.
