Ten St. John’s IceCaps players and members of the IceCaps Grassroots Hockey Development Team will take part in five metro-area Old Dutch Practice with the Pros hockey sessions Wednesday (January 11th).

- Southern Shore Minor Hockey Association, 5 p.m., Southern Shore Arena (IceCaps players: Marcus Eisenschmid, Charlie Lindgren)
- Paradise Minor Hockey Association, 5:30 p.m., Paradise Double Rink Complex (IceCaps players: Julien Brouilette, Jeremy Gregoire)
