CBR Renegades defeated St John’s Caps 8-3 on Saturday night. Andrew Barron, Tyler Wall and Lucas Lush scored two goals apiece for the winners.
FRIDAY
The Moor Frost CBN Jr. Stars defeated the Dalton’s Homehardware Jr, Breakers 6 – 5 in OT in St Johns Junior Hockey play Friday night.
Mike Mason scored the winning goal for the Stars at 1:54 of the five minute overtime period.
Ryan Williams netted two goals for the winners with Jordan Coombs, Cass Warren, Daniel Hickey and Mike Mason with one goal each in regulation time.
Ryan Dawson had three assists, Ryan Petten had two assists, Reilly Deering, Mark Ryan and Christian Dawe had one assist each.
Shayne Kavanagh had two goals and two assists for the Breakers.
Also scoring for the Breakers, Liam Hynes had one goal and two assists, Blake Dalton had one goal and one assist, Brandan Arbour had one goal, Shamus Sloan had two assists, Brendan Houlhan and Kieran O’Driscoll had one assist.
