A blow out in St Johns Intermediate baseball play as Knights plate 11 third inning runs enroute to a 13-1 1 win over Storm.

Randy  Reid gets the win. He goes the five innings because the game was called by the league mercy rule. He allowed one run on three hits. He walked one and had seven strike outs.

Tyler Hennessey starts and gets the loss. He had relief help from Matt Haggerty.

Steven Trickett went two for two for the winners and Colin Hunt of Knights had two hits including an inside the park home run

 

In the first game of the night Gonzaga beat Holy Cross 7-2.

Scott Hynes in relief of starter Jack Baggs gets the decision. Hynes tossed two and two thirds innings allowing one hits and fanning three.

Peter Walker takes the loss. He goes five innings allowing ten hits. Zack Noseworthy finishes up.

Hynes also went two for four in this game.
