Hockey NL is inviting key stakeholders including players and parents to a town hall session on September 14, from 7:00-9:00 at the Albatross Hotel in Gander to discuss the state of the AAA programs in the province.

The session has been initiated due to the many challenges being faced by the sport governing association over the last few seasons.

The program has seen a decline in the number of teams at this category and the association is losing many players to other levels of hockey in the Canada and USA.

Hockey NL is encouraging all stakeholders who are interested and available to attend this important session as they need to gather as many opinions, questions and concerns from participants and members in order to create a sustainable program for this age group.
