Hawks remained alive in their Corner Brook senior baseball semi-final baseball series. The Hawks came from behind to get a 5-4 win in 11 innings. Monarchs still lead the best of five series two games to one.
Colin Wood in relief of starter Mike Colbourne gets the win. Mike Tavenor is the losing pitcher.
Aaron Shepherd of the losers went two for three in this game which included a home run. Teammate Colton Kennedy also homered.
Fred Prosper goes three for six for the winners.
Game three of the Marlins Aces series is set for Friday night. Aces have a two games to none lead in that best of five series.
