Brad Gushue and his rink move top 4-0 as they defeat David Murdoch of Scotland 7-3.

Gushue scored two in the second one in the fourth and two more in the sixth and seventh ends.

His team curled at 89 per cent

Brad Gushue improved his record to 3-0 at the Pinty”s Masters Curling event in Truro Nova Scotia on Thursday night with a 6-2 decision over  defending world champion Niklas Edin of Sweden.

Gushue scored once in the first added two in the fifth one in the sixth and stole two in the seventh for the victory.

It was big win for Brad Gushue and his Newfoundland and Labrador curling rink last night. The Gushue foursome defeated Ontario’s Glen Howard 6-3.

Gushue scored twice in the first and third ends and added singles in the fifth and seventh.

Interesting to note that The Gushue team curled at 97 per cent. Mark Nichols and Brett Gallant curled 100 per cent while Geoff Walker curled 92 present and Gushue 95 per cent.

Brad Gushue and his Newfoundland rink won their opening game at the Pinty’s Masters Curling championships which opened on Tuesday night in Truro Nova Scotia.

Gushue and his rink of Third Mark Nichols, Second Brett Gallant and Lead Geoff Walker defeated John Epping and his Toronto rink 4-2.

Gushue scored once in the second, third fifth and sixth ends to get the win. He will face Glen Howard and his Ontario rink on Wednesday night at 7:30 island time.
