GROWLERS LOSE TO UTAH

The Growlers finish up their road trip with a 3-2 loss to Utah Saturday night. Joseph Duszak had both of the Growler goals. They now head home to play Adirondack on Tuesday night which is Buddy the Puffin Night at Mile One.

For the first time this season the Newfoundland Growlers were shutout by an opposing team.

The defending Kelly Cup champions fell 4-nothing to the Utah Grizzlies on Friday night.  With that loss the Growlers six game winning streak has come to an end. The Growlers had won the opening game of this three game set.

Teams meet again Saturday night.
