GROWLERS ISSUE STATEMENT ON END OF SEASON

The Newfoundland Growlers have taken note of the ECHL’s decision to cancel the season as of Saturday, March 14. The Club supports this decision, which is focused on controlling the risk of spreading the virus. We take the health and safety of our fans and spectators seriously, and the same standard applies to our players and employees.

We wish to thank our fans for their support and understanding.

Please see below for answers to some frequently asked questions regarding the League’s announcement.

I am a Season Ticket Holder. What should I do?

Season Ticket Holders will receive more detailed information about the 2020-21 renewal process and credits or refunds for the remainder of the 2019-20 season during the week of March 16th.

Season Ticket Holders who plan to renew their seats and obtain a Season Ticket Membership for the 2020-21 Season can have the remaining games credited towards their Membership Account.

Details of the new Membership Package for the 2020-21 season will be announced this week as our staff continue to elevate the Growlers Season Membership for a third straight year.

I have tickets for an upcoming game. What should I do?

As all remaining games for the 2019-20 season have now been cancelled, single-game ticket holders can either request a refund via the Mile One Centre Box Office or their account credited for use during the upcoming 2020-21 ECHL Season.

Those who have purchased tickets through a larger group purchase should contact their Growlers Sales rep for more information.

Is the team store still open?

The official team store of the Newfoundland Growlers will remain closed at this time. The scheduled “Gear up for the Playoffs” opening times previously scheduled for March 14th and 22nd has been cancelled. Growlers fans can continue to shop via our online store located at shop.nlgrowlers.com.
