The Growlers made it a sweep over the Walleye on Saturday night with a 2-0 win. Maksim Zhukov made 27 saves in getting the shutout. Trey Bradley got the game winner 1:54 into the second period. Zach O’Brien added the insurance marker 17:02 into the third period.

Brady Ferguson’s second goal of the game with 39 seconds left in regulation time gave the Newfoundland Growlers a 4-3 win over Toledo Walleye in ECHL play Friday at Mile One before 3075 fans. Zach O’Brien and Tommy Panico had the other Growlers markers.
Justin Buzzeo, Abbott Girduckis and Michael Moffett scored for the visitors.
