Gander Pilots will play St. John’s Capitals for the 2019 provincial senior baseball championship.
The Gander squad edged Corner Brook Barons 2-1 to move to the final. Riley King got the win on a three hitter and eight strikeouts.
Mike Tavenor was the losing pitcher allowing two hits and fanning five.
Gander scored once in the third and once in the fifth while the Barons only run came in the third.
