The St. John’s Edge before 4617 fans Saturday night won their 15th game of the season beating Moncton 104-100 at Mile One.
Carl English playing his second game back with the Edge after suffering an injury led the Edge wit a 25 point performance. Charles Hinkle added 22.
Tuesday Windsor come to town.

The long layoff for the St. John’s Edge seemed to hurt them as they fell 116-98 to the Moncton Magic at Mile One. The Edge record now is 14-8 on the season.
Charles Hinkle led the way for the Edge with 24 points, adding nine rebounds and three assists.
Carl English added 18 points in his return to the lineup, with three assists and four rebounds. Defensively, Coron Williams picked up two steals.
St. John’s went 14-for-34 (40 percent) from the three-point line, the club also scored 34 points from inside the paint.
The Magic went 43-for-89 (48 percent) from the field goal line and scored 46 points off the bench.
