The ECHL Board of Governors, in conjunction with the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, has approved a revised start date for the 2020-21 ECHL Season. The anticipated start date is December 4, 2020, for a full 72-Game Schedule.

The Newfoundland Growlers have taken note of the ECHL’s decision to delay the start of the 2020-21 Season. The Club supports this decision, which is focused on controlling the risk of spreading the virus. We take the health and safety of our community and fans seriously, and the same standard applies to our players and employees.

The Growlers will be reaching out with additional information for our fans, partners, group leaders and other parties as details become available.
