The Northeast Eagles have tied the best of seven Avalon East Hockey League final series at two games apiece with the Conception Bay CeeBee Stars.
Chris Sparkes goal at 8:26 of the third period proved to be the winner as the Eagles edged the Conception Bay Ceebee Stars 4-3.
Sean Wadden, Chris Mooney and Dan Cadigan had the other goals for the Eagles.
Andrew Fenwick, Matthew Thomey and Sam Roberts replied for the CeeBee Stars.
The CeeBee Stars out shot the Eagles in this game 53-26. Teams meet in Harbour Grace Saturday night.
