Chris Sparkes scored a pair of goals and added an assists and Northeast Eagles came away with a 5-2 win over Southern Shore Breakers in Avalon East play Sunday night at Mobile.
Chris Thorne, Chris Blackwood, and Chris Mooney added the other goals.
Steven Fowler and Andrew Marshall scored the Shore goals.

Southern Shore Breakers were 7-5 winners over the CeeBee Stars Saturday night.
Cam Fowler scored a pair of goals for the winners with singles coming from Daniel Dalton, Scott McCarthy, Jeremy Nicholas, Shane Boland and Andrew Gale.
Chris Petten had two goals for the CeeBee Stars. Lucas Goobie, Tony Snow and Brad Bishop rounded out the scoring.
Bell Island upset St. John’s Caps 5-3. Brandon Burry had two goals with the singles from Brandon O’Neill, Dan Noftall and Cory Waterman.
Jeremy Barron, Miker Druken and Nathen Hutchens scored for the Caps.

Northeast Eagles scored three first period goals and skate to a 5-2 win over Conception Bay CeeBee Stars in Avalon East Senior action Friday night at the Jack Byrne Arena.
Liam Myers scored two goals and added an assist to lead the win. James Cadigan, Dan Cadigan and Chris Mooney added singles.
Steven Greeley and Peter George replied for the CeeBee Stars.
