The West Coast Senior Hockey League could return to a four team league this upcoming season. The Deer Lake Red Wings have signified they would return to the league after sitting out last season. They would join Corner Brook, Port aux Basques and Stephenville. The Stephenville team is working on some challenges with players but expect to be back.
Meanwhile the league also has a new president. Shannon Battiste of Port aux Basques takes over as president taking over from Wayne Hounsell
