Westside Monarchs defeated Wingin It Marlins 9-2 in Corner Brook senior baseball play Thursday night at Jubilee Field. They scored four runs in the first inning in this game. Brad Brewer gets the win on a six hitter. He walked two and fanned five.
Kevin Farrell started and takes the loss. He went four innings and allowed seven runs on eight hits. Aaron Pilgram came in relief and finished up.
Aaron Shepard John Wheeler and Sheldon Ford of the winners along with Pilgram of the losers all had two hits each in this game.
