C-B-S GET WIN OVER LAURENTIANS IN CHALLENGE CUP SOCCER

The St. Lawrence Laurentians come away with a 1-nothing win over C-B-S in Challenge Cup soccer play Saturday night in C-B-S. 

Jordi Slaney got what proved to be the winning and only goal at the 71 minute mark. Ryan Turpin was between the uprights for the shutout.

Feildians get a 4-nothing win over Paradise in another Challenge Cup game Saturday evening. Iain Gamba led the Feildians with two goals and singles were added by  Greg Ireland, and Josh Power. Marcus Greene  gets the shutout.

Sunday

C-B-S Strikers FC  come away with their first win over  St. Lawrence Laurentians at Topsail Turf splitting the weekend series.  Kyle Ryan gets both goals for the winners.
