CBS Raider boys had a great summer

1 min read

Conception Bay South – The U11 AA Raiders baseball team in CBS had a great summer winning the 11UAA provincial championships. This team was the only team to win a provincial tournament besides St.John’s winning every other level at AAA/AA provincial from 11U to 15U. Last night they won the tier 2 Metro League with a win over the 11UAA Paradise Phantoms. They had 3 of our 2nd year players that will move on to 13U next summer pitch a combined no hitter. Each only giving up one walk each.

The reason it was combined is that at the 11U level they can only pitch a max of 2 innings a game. Photo the three boys that pitched the no hitter. L-R James Bartlett, Ethan Winters, Grayson Powell.

They Raiders also represented Team NL at the 11UAA Atlantic championships held in Grand Falls – Windsor
