The Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts and Clarenville Caribous will need a seventh and deciding game settle the west central senior hockey league title.

 

Collin Circelli scored at 19:06 of the third period to earn the Cataracts a come-from-behind 4-3 win over the Caribous Sunday setting the stage for game seven next Friday in Grand Falls Windsor.

Andre Gill had two goals for Cats and Andrew Brennan a single. Kevin Reid, Ryan Delaney and Keith Delaney netted the Caribous goals.

And the winner of this series will play the Conception Bat CeeBee Stars for the Herder Memorial Trophy.

 

 

 

 

S A T U R D A Y 

 

The Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts remain alive in their quest for a Central West senior hockey league championship.

The Cataracts forced a game six with a 5-2 win over Clarenville Caribous. The Caribous still lead the best of seven series three games to two.

Andre Gill scored twice for the Cataracts and singles came from Andrew Brennan, Kyle McGuirk and Danny Wicks.

 

Game six will be played in Clarenville Sunday
