Canada won the under 20 women’s International Baseball Cup gold medal yesterday with a 13-3 win over the Dominican Republic.
Heather Healey of Paradise started on the mound for Team Canada. She pitched three innings allowing 2 runs both earned on two hits. She struck out five and also walked five.
