HOLY CROSS BEAT ST LAWRENCE IN CHALLENGE CUP

S U N D A Y

Mount Pearl blanked Corner Brook 2-nothing Sunday. Tyler Forsey scored one goal the other was considered a team goal. Brandon Noseworthy had the shutout.

Holy Cross rebounded from Saturdays loss to beat St. Lawrence 2-nothing. Jake Warren and Tyler Kirby had the goals and Thomas Pieroway gets the shutout.

S A T U R D A Y

The St. Lawrence Laurentians who hold down first place in Challenge Cup play continued their winning ways Saturday as they downed Holy Cross 5-1. Stefan Slaney, Brent Hennebur, Sean Drew, Jordan Caines and Devon Ryan shared in the scoring. Tyler Kirby replied for Cross

Tyler Forsey scored four times and Mount Pearl blanked Corner Brook 5-nothing. Jon Randell had a single and Brandon Noseworthy gets the shutout. 

Ben Collingwood scored the lone goal and Feildians beat CBS 1-nothing. Brandon Sheppard had the shutout.
