The Halifax Mooseheads will have to do without St. John’s native Joel Bishop for the next two weeks.
Bishop has sustained a knee injury according to team officials.
Bishop played with the St. John’s Privateers last season in the Major Midget Hockey League in this province where he scored 15 goals and added 17 assists for 32 points.
He was drafted in the sixth round 95th overall by the Halifax based club.
