BARKER NAMED AUS ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Memorial University SeaHawks basketball player Nathan Barker has been named the AUS Male athlete of the week. Barker had two big games this past weekend against St F X.

He had a 34 point performance in the Memorial loss 88-81 to St F X Sunday. He leads the conference averaging 22.2 points per game

Also Barker was named the Memorial Male Athlete of the week as well.

The Female athlete of the week for Memorial is Sydney Stewart She finished the weekend series against St F X with averages of 16 points per game and eight rebounds and four assists.
