Ice hockey under the lights

St. John’s Caps edged Southern Shore Breakers 4-3 in East Coast Senior Hockey play Friday night.

Mitch Voisey, Robert Inder, Mark Rideout and Colin Escott had the Caps markers. Terry Ryan collected three assists. Andrew Gale, Michael Chafe and Steven Fowler replied for the Shore.

Teams were tied 1-1 after one period and Caps had a 4-1 lead going to the third.
