MUN SEA HAWKS BASKETBALL WRAP

Memorial Sea Hawks women’s basketball team complete the weekend sweep over St Mary’s Huskies  with an 85-75 win on Sunday. Leading the way Sydney Stewart with 22 pts and Sydney Ezekiel with 21 pts.

Saturday nights game between  St. Mary’s and Memorial was recorded as a win for Memorial with a 68-42 win. There was a power outage late in this game and it could not be completed Saturday so the score stood at that point in the game as a MUN win.

The men’s game Saturday was postponed and will be played at a later date.

On Sunday St Marys defeated Memorial 86-78 at the Field House. Nathan Barker was the Memorial top scorer with 31 points. Daniel Foo contributed 17.
