PARADISE 5 AND 10K ROAD RACE WINNERS

The Paradise 5 and 10K road races were held this weekend.

Matt Noseworthy was the winner of the 5k event crossing the finish line in 15 minutes and 21 seconds. Colin Fewer placed second in 15 minutes and 27 seconds. Third place was claimed by Levi Moulton in 15 minutes and 55 seconds.

Kate Bazeley was the first female across the finish line and 8th overall with a time of 16 minutes and 38 seconds. Second place in the female section and 15th overall was Hannah Cooke in 19 minutes and 27 seconds. The third female ad 28th finisher overall was Danielle Seviour in 19 minutes and 41 seconds.

The 10K race was won by Travis Morrison who finished the race in a time of 30 minutes and 52 seconds. Jason Guy claimed second place and his time was 35 minutes and 27 seconds. Third place went to Michael King whose time was 35 minutes and 46 seconds.

The first female finisher was Jennifer Barron who was also 5th overall in the 10K event with a time of 37 minutes and 25 seconds. Stephanie Tee place second on the female section and 8th overall in 39 minutes and 28 seconds. The third female finisher was Megan Ryan and she also placed 11th overall in 43 minutes and 16 seconds.
