Members of Team Newfoundland and Labrador’s mission staff for the 2019 Canada Winter Games were announced yesterday.
Chef de mission Karen Sheffiffs of St. John’s will lead the 15-member group, along with assistant chefs de mission Frank Humber of Corner Brook and Gary Martin of Mount Pearl.
Mission staff are Melissa Blackler, Twillingate; David Coates, Conception Bay South; Ed Flood, Corner Brook; Ian Flynn, Bay Roberts; Tom Godden, St. John’s; Robert Goulding, Grand Falls-Windsor; Brenda Greene, Happy Valley-Goose Bay; Denise Payne, Corner Brook; Jill Russell-Monk, Clarenville; Rosemary Ryan, Kippens; Allison Sturge, St. John’s; and Hank Summers, St. John’s.
The 2019 Canada Winter Games will take place from Feb. 15 to March 3 in Red Deer, Alberta.
